  • Google Account Information: When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we collect your primary email address, your full name, and your profile picture URL via Google OAuth.
  • Payment Information: All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. During checkout, we receive payment details including your phone number and email address, along with your transaction status.

02 How We Use Your Data

Your collected information is strictly utilized to facilitate delivery, provide secure access, and prevent digital distribution piracy. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Deliver Purchased Notes: Authenticate your profile so you can instantly access your paid study resources.
  • Prevent Piracy (Watermarking): To discourage illegal redistribution, each digital notes package and PDF file is custom watermarked with your unique Google ID and phone number.
  • Post-Purchase Support: Contact you via WhatsApp or email to send download links, provide study material updates, or resolve support issues.

03 Data Sharing

We value your trust and maintain a strict stance on your private information:

  • No Sale of Data: We will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your email addresses, phone numbers, or metadata to third-party advertisers.
  • Third-Party Processors: We partner with trusted industry platforms for core services. Specifically, Google (for OAuth identity validation) and Razorpay (for secure credit card/UPI transactions). These service providers process your data in accordance with their respective security policies.

04 Data Retention

We store transactional records and account logs only for as long as required to serve student cohorts and comply with transaction resolution norms:

  • Order Records: Details of your notes purchase and associated authentication logs are stored securely for exactly 1 year from the purchase date to assist in billing queries and secure watermarked file generation. After this period, personal identification fields are permanently purged from our databases.
